What's the Deal?

​Art Talk (The 'Aha!' Moment): Master Nana Bellerud—who teaches at places like the Portland Japanese Garden will share the philosophy and principles of Ikebana. Think of balance, contrast, and negative space.

Hands-On Activity (The 'Make It!' Moment): Immediately following the talk, you will put theory into practice! Get your hands on the materials and create your very own arrangement. Be warned: you might never look at a branch the same way again.

  • Time: 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM (A quick, art-packed 90 minutes!)
